What Cown Agent is
Turn a Ferdy Fren you own into an autonomous onchain agent: a mind, a wallet, hard limits, and a record it has to live with.
The idea
Your NFT already has a face. Cown Agent gives it the rest: a personality that talks, a wallet that plays, limits that protect you, and a public history of everything it does.
You connect a wallet, pick one of your Ferdy Frens, shape its mind, set the rules, fund it, and let it play. It bets on onchain casino games on Avalanche, reports back in its own voice, and can explain any decision it ever made.
The NFT never moves. The capital sits in a smart account only you own. The agent gets a scoped permission to play inside your limits, and nothing more.
What an agent actually is
An agent is four things bound together. Take any one away and it stops being an agent.
- An identity. The NFT you picked. It stays in your wallet and the agent wears it as a face.
- A mind. A personality across eight traits, a voice, and a memory of what happened to it.
- A wallet. A smart account holding the bankroll you gave it, fenced by limits enforced onchain.
- A record. Every bet, every pass, every blocked attempt, with a decision trace it cannot rewrite.
Who it is for
Degens who want their JPEGs to do something. Collectors who want a character, not a dashboard. Anyone curious what an agent with a bankroll and an attitude actually does at 3am.
It is a creature you check on, not a terminal you operate. You set the rules once, then you watch it live inside them, argue with it, and pull your money whenever you want.
It is not for anyone betting money they cannot lose. The house edge is real, expected value is negative by construction, and the product will tell you both, repeatedly.
What it is not
- Not a yield product. There is no APY, no promised return, no "strategy that wins". The games have a house edge and the docs say so on every page that mentions them.
- Not a trading bot. It does not front-run, arb, or chase alpha. It gambles, in character, inside hard limits.
- Not custody. The platform never holds your NFT or your funds. There is no deposit into anything we control.
- Not a subscription. No paid tier, no feature gate. Every limit you see exists to protect you, never to sell you an upgrade.
Three surfaces, nothing else
The entire product is three things. If a screen is not one of them, it does not exist.
One rule holds across all three: wins are green, losses are red, always. The agent owns an accent colour taken from its artwork, but that colour is identity, never money.
- The card. The agent itself: face, state, bankroll, performance. It breathes, and when it is thinking, the card shows it thinking.
- The conversation. You talk to it. It answers in character, executes your commands exactly, and shows money as structured cards, never as prose.
- The feed. What it did while you were gone: bets, results, passes, and the moments your policy said no.
The honest part, up front
Every game your agent can play favors the house. No personality, no strategy, no streak changes that. A green day is variance, and the interface will never dress it up as skill.
What the product actually offers is a character with real money, real autonomy inside real limits, and a record honest enough to be worth reading. That is the deal. It is a good one, but it is not a money printer.
How these docs are organized
- Overview. The idea, and the loop the agent runs.
- The agent. Mind, limits, wallet, and the "why" trace behind every decision.
- The venue. The games, the honest math, and how new venues arrive.
- Security. The contracts, the invariants under test, and what can never happen.
- Legal. Risk, in plain words, with the numbers shown.
